-Preparation:
The NVR needs an internal hard disk drive for recording and it is also connected to the internet successfully for alarm notification push on the app.
1.Please make sure the hard drive has been installed:

If yes, please right-click the mouse on the monitor, then go to the playback>storage>disk management to check the HDD status:
If the Status shows the hard drive list and capacity, it means the hard drive is functional.
If there is nothing on the storage or the status is abnormal, please follow the link to modify the hard drive first:

2.Please right-click the mouse on the monitor, then go to the Mobile Monitoring>check the Connection Status:
When this Connection Status is Server connected, it means the system is connected to the internet successfully.
If not(Such us Not connected to the public network), it means you need to fix the network first:

Steps:
1.Please make sure you add the device to the app first:

2.Please go to the live view page>click configuration>alarm and message>enable the device alarm push option and select the channel number to set up>click smart alarm:
a.Enable smart alarms:human; You can enable this option if your camera supports this function.
b.Enable smart alarms:vehicle; You can enable this option if your camera supports this function.
c.receive notifications; Please enable it.
d.Armed area;To set up detection area according to your needs.
And the default settings is full screen record.
e.Arming time;To set up alarm working time to your needs.
3.Please go to the live view page>click configuration>video recording plan>select the channel number to set up:
Please select plan:
Please click alarm plan>select smart alarm>set up the time period>set up the one week schedule and save it:
Note:
1.Please make sure you have enabled the Sannce Life app's message push notification permission in your phone's settings background.
Due to different phone models' different settings and interfaces, we cannot provide detailed screenshots.
2.And make sure your phone is not in Do Not Disturb and Power Saving mode.
