-Preparation:
The NVR needs an internal hard disk drive for recording. Without the hard disk drive, the system can show live viewing, but can’t record or playback.
Please make sure the hard drive has been installed:

If yes, please right-click the mouse on the monitor, then go to the playback>storage>disk management to check the HDD status:
If the Status shows the hard drive list and capacity, it means the hard drive is functional.
If there is nothing on the storage or the status is abnormal, please follow the link to modify the hard drive first:

Steps:
Method 1: You can set up on the local monitor:
Please go to storage>recording>basic>tick the schedule option>draw the boxes to set up the time you want to record>click apply to save it:
For example: The blue boxes below means the system will record from 00:00 to 02:00 on Sunday:
If you want to record on 7/24 hours, please draw all the boxes into blue.
If you don't know how to draw boxes, you can click advanced>choose the channel number>set up the date>input the time to record and select Schedule>click apply to save it:
Method 2: You can set up on the app:
1.Please make sure you add the device to the app first:

2.Please go to the live view page>click configuration>video recording plan>select the channel number to set up:
Please select plan:
Choose timed plan>you can enable it if you want to have a full-day record(Then you can skip the step 3 and 4)>select the time period you want to record>set up the week schedule finally:
