Purpose: Admin password resetting.
Steps:
1.This operation needs to work on your computer.
Please make sure the NVR ip( such as:192.168.3.58) is the same network segment with your computer's(192.168.3.13):
Please follow the steps to find and check the computer ip address
Go to Settings > Network & Internet >Scroll to "IPv4 address".
And please check the NVR ip on your local monitor:
Please right-click the mouse on the monitor, then go to the menu>settings>network>tcp/ip>check the ipv4 address:
2.Then please download SearchConfig Tool on your computer:

3.Open the SearchConfig Tool>click refresh to search the NVR's ip>choose the NVR's ip>click forgot password:
4.Please input your e-mail(This e-mail to receive the security code)>click manual>click key export>click OK:
5.You will have a file on your desktop and please send us to help you generate the security code:
6.After we use our tool to import your file, your e-mail will gain a security code and please input the security code to reset password:
Notes:
1. Please make sure the NVR and computer are in the same network and the network connection is stable.
2.The key file is valid for one time only and please do not disclose it to irrelevant personnel.
3. If you do not receive the security code, please check the spam box of your mailbox or contact support to confirm the accuracy of the information.
If the password can't be reset successfully, please send an email to support@sannce.com for help.
