If you can access the system’s settings panel as shown in the picture below, but the cameras do not display any image on the monitor, please try the following methods to troubleshoot the issue.
1 Go to Guide and select Auto connected mode.





2. Click the Connect icon at the bottom of the screen.
3. Place your hand in front of the camera. If you can see the infrared LEDs glowing red, the camera is powered on.
If the camera does not power on, please try using a different Ethernet cable to connect the camera to the NVR.

4. Restore recorder to factory default.

I have had trouble with these cameras. I have tried to fix the problem myself. Going through the menu All the cameras no longer work. Is it something to do with the IP address or do I just chuck the whole system into the bin?
