1. Connect NVR to the router by ethernet cable
2. Check P2P status and make sure it is online. If it is not online, you should make it online first refer to this link:

3. Go to System setup-Channel setup-Video detection. Enable it and tick the APP Alarm option.
4. Pls login into your phone cloud app Sannce Sight. You can refer to this link to add your device to your account at first. Please note: You must register an account to login into the app if you want to set the push function.

5. Please go to the "My center"-alarm message to enable the "message push".
6. Then you can see the message on this page or it can send the push function when your app runs background.
