Please plug NVR into the router with a network cable if you wanna use a computer or phone to connect the recorder locally or remotely.
Then please go to the Main menu---Network--NetService to check if the Cloud is connected:
If the Cloud is connected, it means your NVR is connected internet.
If the Cloud is Probing DNS, it means the NVR did not connect to the Cloud successfully.
Please follow the following methods to modify your network.
1. Please check the yellow and green lights on the ethernet port of the recorder. One should be blinking which indicates the recorder has connected to the router successfully. If not, please change the ethernet port of the router or another ethernet cable to have a try.
2.Please make sure the DHCP is ticked.
3. Please reset the NVR to the restore factory setting.
4. If possible, please change another router to have a try.
