1. Connection problem
Kindly please follow the device type to identify if you connect the camera with the correct APP
If you confirm and still failed to connect, Please check below:
1. In the router setting, kindly please switch the WiFi frequency from 5Ghz to 2.4Ghz only. The router frequency is very important for the APP connection. we only support 2.4Ghz frequency that if the double frequency or 5Ghz frequency. we will fail to do the connection.
2. The default password is nothing. Please don't input anything into the password box and leave it blank. Click OK to access the system.
3. If still not working. Kindly please replace the camera nearer to the router. sometimes the distance will impact the signal strength of the WiFi.
4. If still not working, Please change to another power charger. You can try it with your smartphone's power charger.
