If all cameras are connected to DVR/NVR with cables and the recorder is connected to a monitor with a cable, one or several cameras show no live video on monitor, but others are working fine. There are some causes leading to that situation, you can try the below steps to get some help.
Cause 1: The system connection is wrong
Solution: Check if you connect the system correctly. Here is the method.
Cause 2: The Camera is not powered on
Solution: You can also use your hands to cover the front part of the camera. If you can see infrared lights turn on with red lights, cameras are on.
Cause 3: The 1-4 split cable is broken
Solution: Connect the adapter to the camera directly without a 1-4 split cable to have a try.
If you find one or some of your cameras have no image, Please swap cable, camera, and channel port to confirm it is the camera or cable, or port's problem.
Cause 4: The cable is broken
Solution: Connect another working cable to the target camera and channel, if it is working, it is the cable's problem.
Cause 5: The Channel-Port is broken
Solution: Connect the target camera to another working channel with the target cable, if it is working, it is the channel's port problem.
Cause 6: The Camera is broken
Solution: Connect another working camera to the target channel with the target camera, if it is working, it is the camera's port problem.
