As usual, when you connect the recorder to the power supply, the monitor will show Sannce logo about 10 seconds. Then you will hear a beep and see a video of the camera (if cameras are connected) and you can see the setting interface on the screen.
If it enters the procedure to Sannce logo or its stays color mode, it means the system doesn't power on successfully.
Please refer to these ways below to have a try.
1. If you are using HDMI port on the recorder, please try VGA port if you can.
2. Unplug the power supply and plug it again for several times.
3. Try another power adapter with the same voltage.
4. Unplug all cameras.
5. Uninstall hard disk drive if it is pre-installed.
