Many customers contact us to complain that the camera‘s daytime vision is OK, but night vision faces issues like the picture below. Half the image is too dark while half is too white.
This problem is caused by the wrong position of the camera‘s head place.
The camera‘s lens cannot be point close to objects like a wall. Otherwise, the red infrared lights will reflect to object and affect the night vision like the above picture.
It is not our camera‘s problem. Not only ours but also all cameras in the market face the same situation.
The solution to prevent this issue is to move the camera away from the object to make sure there is nothing closer to the lens so that its image will be normal.
