1. Download and install the APP
Go to "Google Play" or "App Store" and search for "Danale", and then download it on your phone.
2. Confirm your Wi-Fi status
1). Check if your wireless router has enabled DHCP and if it is the 2.4 GHz network. (The device does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi currently.)
2). Ensure your smartphone has been connected to the wireless router.
3). Ensure there is no special character in the Wi-Fi name and password, and their length does not exceed 30 digits.
3. Check the camera connection status.
1). Power the camera on by the power supply from the original package.
2). Check the blue indicator light, it should flash.
3). Check the red infra light by putting it in dark environment.
4). Please place the camera close to the router, it had better within 2 meters when you reset it and reconnect it to the phone app.
4. Reset it and reconnect it to your phone app.
1). Please press the reset button for about 10 seconds, you should hear the voice like reset success.
