1. About the micro SD card problem
A. The battery camera supports a micro SD card (up to 128 GB). If you need to record, please insert a SD card before using the device.
B. Please confirm that your mobile app has successfully added the device. (taking an iPhone as an example)
C. Click “...”---” SD Card” in the upper right corner to check the SD card status;
Note: Please insert the SD card before powering on the camera, otherwise the SD card will not be read; Please format your SD card before you use it. Formatting the SD card will clear all the videos.
D. If the battery camera does not recognize the Micro SD card:
1) Please confirm that your Micro SD card is a regular brand card. This device supports up to 128G Micro SD card;
2) Connect the Micro SD card to a computer or other digital device to see if it can be recognized. If it can be recognized, please format it. If it is not be recognized, it is a Micro SD card problem. Please change the card again.
3) Please power off the device, insert the Micro SD card correctly; run the APP to see if it can be recognized normally; if it is not recognized, please contact our customer service;
2. About recording problem (PIR detection)
The camera supports "PIR Detection" by default. (it does not support email alert, only supports PIR detection alarm)
a: Enter the preview interface, click "..." in the upper right corner;
b: Click“Body Detection”, here you can enable/disable the body detection function, or you can click start/stop button directly in the function interface;
C: After turning on the “Body Detection” function, click “Local Playback” to check the recording situation (The red time bar indicates the alarm time point and the green bar indicates the alarm video segment)
Supplement: About alarm push, alarm picture, and recording problem:
It supports APP mobile push notification, there are two alarm pictures temporarily when TF card is not inserted, only information push, no video (as long as PIR triggers, it will wake up the device, then it will capture the picture);
When the TF card is inserted, the Body detection video is only triggered by body detection, which can be viewed through the APP.
3. About wake & sleep issues
Indicator description
1. Working Indicator description
Slow red light: waiting for pairing wifi
Fast red light: pairing wifi
Solid blue light: pairing success
Operating status:
Red light on 1 second and turn solid blue:
The Body detects that there is a human body, and wakes up the device to enter the recording state
Solid blue: View live image in-app
Note: If the monitoring environment is unattended or does not trigger PIR, the device will go to sleep after 15 seconds (The working indicator will go out at this time, you can pass: 1. Short press 1 second power button to quickly wake up; 2. Hand Wave around the front of the camera lens to trigger PIR wake-up; 3. You can wake up the device directly by entering the APP preview; after the device is woken up, the indicator light will switch from off to red and then to solid blue light.

4. How to check the device power:
1) View the power icon directly in the preview interface;
2) Click on “...”---“Power management” in the upper right corner to check the battery status.
5. About APP sharing device function
Only friends in the same region can be shared, and up to 4 people can view at the same time.
6. Other issues
1. No computer client, only support mobile client remote viewing;
2. Support network disconnect recording function, no alarm push, but it can record;
3. Low battery warning
