Right now, the APP Saneyes is not available to be downloaded on Google Play or App Store. As a replacement, please use the APP Bluecam for your camera on the mobile phone.
This article describes how to add the camera to the APP Bluecam step by step.
- Please download the APP Bluecam from Google Play or App Store.
- Please plug the power adapter for the camera, and then open the APP on the mobile phone. If the camera is turned on successfully, the camera will have the sound ‘Welcome to use’.
Next, please click the ‘+’ icon to add the camera, and select the option 'Wireless Configuration':
When you hear the sound ‘Please connect to network’ from the camera, please click ‘Voice prompts have been heard’, and then input the wifi password and click ‘Connect WIFI’:
- After that, please turn on the speak and microphone of the mobile phone, and put the mobile phone near to the camera, and click ‘Start Configuration’.
When the APP sends the sound waves, you could hear the sound: connect start-->network connection success:
Finally, the camera could be matched complete, and please click the ‘Add Device’ button to add the camera, and the users could view the camera on the APP.
