XMeye - How to Confirm DVR&NVR's HDMI Port is Faulty?

If you haven't tried to use a VGA cable to connect the recorder to monitor or TV yet, please try the VGA cable check if you can see the image first.

If you can see images on the monitor with VGA cable but no image on TV with HDMI cable, please refer to these ways to have a try.

1. Please make sure your TV is in HDMI mode, not VGA mode or BNC mode, and Please adjust the monitor signal input to the correct model.

2. Please go to Main Menu-->System-->Display to adjusting the resolution to "1920*1080" if you can have the setting page from you HDMI.

3. If not, Please change another HDMI cable.

4. If still not, change another HD TV/monitor to have a try if you have a spare one.

5. Finally, please restore the system to factory default.
