Purpose: To view the Sannce home surveillance system on a computer/laptop, the client software Guarding Vision is required.
Step 1: Common settings
The LAN access (local access) and the P2P access (remote access) on Guarding Vision have some settings in common as below:
1-1). Plug the Sannce system to the router by an ethernet cable.
1-2). Get a Windows computer that is connected to the same router by an ethernet cable or by the wifi.
(Note: When you want to remote access the system, your Windows computer can be either in the same or different network)
1-3). Install the Guarding vision to your computer. Here is the download link:

If the above link didn't work, try this one:
https://www.sanncegroup.com/document/Computer%20software/Guarding-Vision.exe
1-4). Run the software for the first time and register the administrator account.
Note: This account is only used to log into Guarding Vision software. It doesn't necessarily to be the same as your Annke system account.
From now on, the settings will be divided for the LAN access and P2P access.
Step 2a: LAN Access
LAN access is a good choice if your computer is in the same network as your system. This kind of access provides a stable data connection.
2a-1). Go to the Device Management tab of the software and choose Device under the Device Type list.
If the device/system and the computer are on the same LAN, you can see the device information under the Online Device list. Select the device, click on Add to Client.
2a-2). In the pop-up page, set the details as below picture, then click on Add
Note:
a) The IP address of your system may vary due to the network situation. Please input it correctly.
b) The User Name has to be admin
c) The Password is the one that you have used to log into your system on a TV/monitor.
d) Remember to check the option Export to Group. Otherwise, you have to configure it later.
2a-3). The device will now appear in the Device for management list and its Net Status highlighted which indicates the device is online.
2a-4). Go to the Main View tab, click on the new folder under Camera list to expand the camera channels. Double-click on the channels to see the live stream.
Step 2b: P2P Access
Before this access, it is recommended that you register your account ( it's a P2P account ) with the mobile APP Sannce Home. ( Since the P2P account will be required during the setting of this access )
2b-1). Go to the Device Management tab of the software and choose the device under the Device Type list.
Select Add New Device Type, then check Cloud P2P Device and click OK to save.
2b-2). Come back to Guarding Vision. Go to Device Management -> Device Tap -> Add New Device Type;tick Cloud P2P Device and click OK.
2b-3). Click Cloud P2P Device to enter the login screen. Select your country/area, click Login.
2b-4). Then log in with the user name and password of your Sannce home APP account.
Note: If your user name is the phone number, please input it in this format '+441234567890' (no space between the country code and the phone number).
2b-5). If the system has been added to the Sannce home account beforehand, you can see it on the list automatically.
2b-6). Go to the Main View, click on the folder under the Camera list to display the channels. Double-click on the channels to see the live stream.

your support is absolute rubbish
Funktioniert nicht! Bringt doch mal bitte eine richtige Software für den PC raus...
None of this works. Firstly, when the exe file is downloaded and run, it doesn’t provide a screen to register. Secondly, when I go to the device manager of the PC, it doesn’t show the DVR under ANY category just like any other device that is connected to the router. I can only see the DVR if I login to my router!
