How to Find Your SANNCE Order Number？

Applicable to: All SANNCE orders

1. Orders Placed on SANNCE Official Website

If you ordered directly from the SANNCE official website, please refer to this guide:

1.Log in to the email account you used when placing the order on the SANNCE official website.

2.Search for emails from support@sannce.com
and open the order confirmation email (as shown in the image below).

3.The email will contain your order information. The order number is typically formatted as "S12345".

2. Orders Placed on Amazon

If you placed your order on Amazon, please follow the steps below to find your order number:

Method 1: Amazon  Mobile App

1.Open the Amazon app and tap the profile icon (bottom menu).

2.Tap "Your Orders".

3.Select the relevant order.

4.Tap "View order details" to find the Order ID

Method 2: Amazon Website (Amazon.com)

1.Log in to your Amazon account.

2.Hover over "Account & Lists" in the top right corner.

3.Select "Your Orders".

4.Locate the specific item and the order number will be displayed at the top of that order's box.

5.Click "Order Details" to find the Order ID

Method 3: Order Confirmation Email

Search your email inbox for the "Your Amazon.com order has shipped" or "Order Confirmation" email. The 17-digit order number is listed there.

3. Orders Placed on eBay

If you placed your order on eBay, please follow the steps below to find your order number and share it with us:

1. Log in to your eBay account.

2. Go to Purchase History

    3.Find your item in the list and locate the order number.

4. Orders Placed on Temu

If you placed your order on Temu, please follow the steps below to find your order number:

Your Temu order number typically starts with "PO" and follows a format like: PO-XXX-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

Method 1: Temu Mobile App

1. Log in to your Temu account.

2. Tap the profile icon at the bottom of the screen.

3. Select Your Orders from the menu.

4. Tap the specific order you need.

5. Your order ID will be displayed at the top of the order details page.

Method 2: Temu Website (Temu.com)

1. Log in to your account at Temu.com.

2. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner.

3. In the left-side menu, under Your Orders, click All Orders.

4. Your order ID will be shown under each order entry.

Method 3: Order Confirmation Email

You can also find your order ID in your order confirmation email, usually in the email subject line.

5. Orders Placed on AliExpress

If you placed your order on AliExpress, please follow the steps below to find your order number:

Method 1: Mobile App or Desktop Website

1. Log in to your AliExpress account.

2. Go to My Orders.

   • On the app: Tap the Account icon (bottom right), then select My Orders

   • On desktop: Click My Orders after logging in

3. Select the order you want to check.

4. On the order details page, you will see the Order ID at the top. This is your order number.

Method 2: Order Confirmation Email

You can also find your order number in your order confirmation email.
