Where to Find the Model Number?

You can find the model number on the backside of the DVR/NVR/camera, or on the side of the camera.

    CAPTCHA does not recognise the exact digits i type in to verify my account. this CAPTCHA is a waste of time. it has NEVER WORKED in the THREE PLUS years i have had this system. you need to scrap it and get someone available at all times to sort out problems
