Our DVR does not come with a speaker or a microphone (your need to purchase).
1. Make sure your DVR has an RCA audio port on the back.
2. Connect the speaker and the microphone to the DVR via the audio cable. It is recommended that the microphone be placed next to a camera so that the camera's image and sound are synchronized. Connect the long audio cable to the microphone and DVR's audio port. Take one of the channels as an example here. The following steps show how to set the audio function on the DVR.
Make sure your device is connected correctly. Please refer to the connection diagram. Click [Main Menu] Enter the device password (the default is null) and click OK Click [System]-[Encode].
Please enable the Audio function Click the speaker icon to switch it from forbidden status to on status Click [Main Menu]-[Record]-[Record Conf.] to enter the video recording setting interface (Note: Please make sure your DVR has installed the hard disk and can be used normally)
Please select channel, click the schedule mode, set the period and tick Regular, Detect and Alarm After setting the video recording, click [PlayBack] to view the video playback.
You can directly click the video progress bar to view the video playback. You can also enable the audio function on your computer. Open the IE browser and input the website http://vision.sanncegroup.com.
Click [By Device] Enter the serial number, username and password obtained from the DVR, enter the verification code and log in.
Take the first channel as an example here. Please click to get the video screen. Click the speaker icon to switch it from forbidden status to on status.
You can also turn on the audio function on your mobile app. Please make sure your mobile app has properly been connected to the device.
