2. Please fix DVR‘s IP: https://support.sannce.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000452086
3. Please apply a DDNS account for the DVR/NVR system. Here is the instruction: https://support.sannce.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000439203
4. Please fill out DDNS information into DVR‘s DDNS setting.5. Use the computer to go to the router‘s page to do port forwarding with DVR‘s IP, HTTP port, and media port. Here is the method where to find DVR‘s IP address, and http port, and media port.Here is instruction on how to do port forwarding:
Finally, if DDNS and port forwarding succeed, address like http://annke2015.ddns.net:8888 can be opened anywhere on any computer. (Notice: if your network‘s external IP is static, not dynamic, the remote view address is http://externalIP:port on the computer)For the phone view, please still use the app Xmeye. But when you add system, please use the DDNS address and media port number, not the camera‘s SN. Finally, when you are outside, the phone can still connect the system to view.
