1. Please open the APP-Sannce Cam, go to "About" and refer to this picture below to see the APP firmware version if the latest.
The latest firmware of Sannce cam APP on iPhone or iPad is V60.4.20.16.
The latest firmware of Sannce cam APP on Android phone is V60.1.0.16
If your Sannce cam app's version is not latest, please go to Google play or APP store to get the latest one. And then reset the camera and refer to this link below to have a try.

2. Please refer to this link below to enter to your camera.

Then go to Network configuration-Basic Network settings, don't tick Obtain IP from DHCP Server. You will get the network information like this picture below shows.
3. Please go to your?computer(which one is connecting the same router with your camera).
4. Please fix the camera's IP address.
When you finished fixing IP address, please tick set up, and the camera will reboot.
