1.send email to support@sannce.com to ask for a new firmware file.
2. Copy new firmware to USB hard drive.
3. Plug USB hard drive to NVR's USB port.
4. Log into the system and go to the setting to select the file and upgrade.

still waiting for them to send the firmware update or atleast a link soi can download it, poor customer service
I'm having the same problem. My N48PT no longer will link to the cloud so I can't view my cameras on phone or tablet through the sannceview app. The P2P app account no longer seems to work. Any ideas on what to do?
