One or two cameras has no image in DVR or NVR:
One or two cameras have the image but the image is not stable:
One or two cameras are disconnected in the night time:
Could you please confirm if the cameras are powered on or not? you can cover the front glass to see if the IR led is light on
Please change another cable (with different power and BNC), it can identify if the issue case by the cable or not
Please change the camera to another port, and also please plug the running camera into the issue channel, it can identify the DVR port issue
Could you please check if the camera supply by 1-4 splitter or independent adapter. Please remove 1/4 splitter to have a try.
If still have the problem, Please check situation part 3, if not please directly show the camera image and the testing process to our support team email@example.com
The camera is not clear in the night time:
Please check if the camera can show IR light in the dark.
If no IR light on. Please follow Part 1.
If the IR light on:
Please check if the is a block in front of the camera. make some part bright and some area is very dart as below. Please directly adjust the camera straight direction or change another installation. it is not the camera quality problem.
Please check if the camera is dirty or not? if so please clear it
Please check if the is water or spray inside the camera. Please take for us. we will respond to it:

There are many types of DVR and camera in the market and not every camera can work with any DVR. It is complicated to judge what type your camera is and what DVR yours is compatible with. Please follow:
Please go to the "main menu" -"System" " general ", Make sure it is PAL or NTSC
If still no image, please right click to call the menu, and go to AHD&TVI, adjust the signal input to TVI or TVI signal.
If just a signal camera has no image and even follow the guide still have no image. Please connect the camera to channel 1 and make sure channel 2 have no camera connected in.
